A Note from Chef Will Uhlhorn

It’s important to develop relationships with the farmers who provide our ingredients. Not only does it connect me to the food’s origin, it allows me to ask our suppliers to grow specific vegetables or fruits I’d like to use in our kitchen.

To me, it’s the farmers who are the real artists. Their hard work, the care and attention they give to their crops, is evident in every bite of food we serve.
